The property with its 16.100m² is identified in a legally valid development plan as an industrial area, has a surface area index of 0.7 and is immediately available for building. A division of the area is possible. There is no question of flooding.
The motorway approach road (BAB61) is approx. 1.8km away (in future 1.4km), the B9 approx. 500m.
