Photography Permits

Photography and filming in the museum's permanent collection is strictly for private use only. Prior permission in writing from the museum’s director must be obtained for all photographs or film or sound recordings that are not solely for private use. Flash photography is not permitted in the museum.

Photography and filming in our special exhibitions is strictly forbidden!

Cloakroom
In the entrance area you will find a cloakroom and lockers for bags and rucksacks. Please note that we cannot be held liable for articles of clothing etc. that are left there.

Barrier-free Access
The Museum Andreasstift is unfortunately not yet completely barrier-free. Some sections of the museum are partially barrier-free.

The special exhibition "GAME FOR POWER. From Canossa to Worms" is completely barrier-free!


Food and Drinks
Please note that visitors are not permitted to take food and drinks into the exhibition rooms.

Museum Shop
In the museum shop of the Andreasstift visitors can buy articles related to the exhibitions. Some of these are produced in the museum’s own workshop. The shop also sells books and relevant specialist literature, exhibition catalogues, books for children and young people, DVDs and gift ideas.
